Dr Lyle Tautfest has recently retired from his position as president of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapistss. His thriving private psychotherapy practice spans over fifteen years. He has studied and trained in many specialties including: Cellular Release Therapy, Alchemical Hypnotherapy, Group Hypnosis, Electronic Hypnosis, Transpersonal Psychology, Theology, NLP, Anger Management, Play Therapy and many others.

The doctor has been a lifelong student and practitioner in the amazing fields of spirituality and psychology. Early experimentations into the development of the self-image led him to pursue a degree in psychology. In a commitment to understand how humans function in rela life; his studies included advanced mathematics, quantum mechanics and chemistry.

Dr Tautfest has also studied the disciplines related to the schools of philosophy spirituality and religion. He has found the study of ancient mythology, the Collective Unconscious, Family of Archetypes as well as many other spiritual tools to be great tools in creating change.

His passion is to help find creative ways to help people learn to grow, learn and heal themselves.

Dr. Luis Ore is a bilingual negotiation, cross-cultural and conflict management consultant, coach, mediator, facilitator and trainer, Luis is Chair of the International Development Committee of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) International Section, and Executive Director of ORASI consulting group, Inc, a training and developing consulting firm specializing in negotiation, consensus building and relationship management. He partners with clients to reach agreements, negotiate solutions, improve working relationships and build capabilities.

Luis helps other with cross-cultural and international negotiations, strategic alliances, dispute resolution systems design, organizational changes, labor management relations, conflict assessments, consensus building, interntational development and foreign direct investment, especially in Latin American countries.
Luis ore holds a masters' degree with focus on conflict management, organizational and cross-cultural communication, earned his JD from University of Lima Peru and has extensive training in negotiation and conflict management from CMI International Group, Western Kentucky University, Lipscomb University, and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He previously practiced law in Peru, in the private sector and worked with the Peruvian Government.

Dr Linda Seger created and defined the job of script consultant when she began her business in 1981, based on a method for analyzing scripts she developed for her dissertation project. Since then, she has consulted on over 2000 scripts, including over 65 produced feature films and about 35 produced television projects. Her clients have included TriStar Pictures, Ray Bradbury, William Kelley, Linda Lavin, Suzanne de Passe, Tony Bill, as well as production companies and writers from six continents.

Dr Seger is an internationally known speaker in the area of screenwriting, having lectured and/or worked in 31 different countries andon six continents. She presented the first professional screenwriting seminar in both Moscow and Bulgaria, and has trained script consultants and script editors in Germany, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Austria and Italy. She has given seminars for studios, networks, production companies, television series, and film commissions.

As the author of eleven books and innumerable articles, Seger has appeared in more than 60 radio and television shows, including All Things Considered, National Public Radio, Good Morning LA, Good Morning New York, and CNN.
